Where we ship

We ship worldwide. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping cost

• United States: standard shipping is free on every order.
• All other countries: International Standard (tracked) is a flat $5.99 per order.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
• United States: most orders arrive within 6–11 business days after they ship. The estimated delivery window for each product is shown on its page before you order.
• International: most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after they ship, depending on the destination and customs.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees may be charged by your country when the package arrives. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fee. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Our products are shipped from partner warehouses, mostly in China and in some cases in the United States. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 1–3 days to show its first update.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping (45 days for international orders), contact us at [email protected] and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
