This policy explains what information hnart.shop (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit or buy from our store, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address and phone number, so we can process and deliver your order.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and server logs.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order and to send you order updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Payment processor: Stripe, to take payments.
- Fulfillment partners and carriers: your name, shipping address and phone number, so your order can be shipped.
- Service providers: our hosting and security providers (for example Cloudflare), who process data on our behalf.
- Authorities: when required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout to work. We may also use analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit some uses of it. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
