These terms apply to your use of hnart.shop (the “store”) and to any order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We accept the offer when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Standard shipping is free to the United States; shipping to other countries is shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Multi-item bundle prices apply only to the quantities shown on the product page.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are part of these terms.
Product information
We try to describe and show products accurately. Colors may look different on different screens, and small variations in packaging can occur. If an item is not as described, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.
Use of the store
You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting fraud, interfering with its security, or copying its content for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
