If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.
Change of mind
- Email us your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
- Once we receive the return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method.
Orders that never arrived
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping (45 days for international orders), we will reship it or refund you in full. See our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, the order may already be processing and the return process above applies.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.
